Legally Scented Messaging Terms & Conditions

When you sign up to receive text messages from Legally Scented, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS, MMS, and RCS) messages from Legally Scented, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or AI-assisted technology to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & data rates may apply.

Message frequency will vary. Legally Scented reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, including to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Legally Scented also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and will notify you if and when that happens.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Messages may not be deliverable if you add digits or symbols to our phone number. Legally Scented, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By signing up, you also agree to our Legally Scented Terms of Use and Legally Scented Privacy Policy.

Cancellation

Text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or ARRET to our shortcode at any time to stop receiving text messages from Legally Scented. After texting one of the keywords, you’ll receive a final confirmation message stating that you’ve been successfully unsubscribed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that don’t include these specific keywords, and agree that Legally Scented and its service providers will not be held liable for failing to honor any such improperly worded requests.

If you unsubscribe from one of our text programs, you may still receive messages through any other Legally Scented programs you’ve opted into unless you unsubscribe from those separately. You may also continue to receive other forms of communication from us, like marketing or transactional emails.

Mobile Phone Number Change

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to notify Legally Scented right away. You can do so by contacting us directly at marysarah@marysarahunfiltered.com or calling 912-244-0801.

We reserve the right to update, change, or terminate our messaging program at any time. Subject to applicable law, any changes to these Messaging Terms become effective immediately upon being posted. Continued participation in the messaging program following any updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
